Facility was clean Everything worked and was well maintained. Smart lock had no problems and the storage unit was easy to find. The system used to sign up was streamlined with no hiccups. Definitely would recommend these storage facilities to any of my friends or family in need of a storage unit.

I came into the office requesting to rent a storage unit. I was greeted by Regina and I must say she has been a pleasure to work with, not only was she kind and professional but also very knowledgeable about the renting process. I've went to several storage facilities and was not treated well. This facility was my last stop and I'm glad I did. Without her (Regina) making the process alot easier then I expected i would of given up! A big thank you to Regina!!!

The services here are incredibly professional and respectful. Regina was so outgoing and helped us with options that we didn't even know were available. You definitely get what you pay for here. Everything was clean and well taken care of also. When you're moving you already have so much that you have to deal with, so it was nice to have a helping hand to take some of the stress away from our move. Super easy! All the front office people are so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best deal possible and are just all around a pleasure to do business with. The free moving truck was a breeze to reserve and use. Everything was explained really well and thr units are very nice. We have one of the new smart units on the lot which can be accessed by key fob or mobile app which is super cool. It also gives you a log of activity of your unit right in your app. They have free carts for you to use to make getting things to your unit a breeze. I love this place and I feel really good about my belongings being in storage here!
