We toured this facility yesterday for a family member. I was very impressed. We toured with Dawn, the community relations director. She was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and it was obvious she loves her job. The facility was clean, the rooms had a lot of space, and well kept. Out of the 3 assisted living facilities we have visited so far, Bickford by far is my favorite.

This place treats your family like their family. The dining experience there is like home, food is pretty good. People are taken care of as if in their own home, because they are in their own apartments, locking door and all. These apartments provide enough space, and the amenities of home, full kitchens, bathrooms, self controlled heat and air. The staff there is exceptional in thier care for residents, from toileting to laundry and housekeeping the staff really cares. The nurses are AWESOME as well!
