We went in and right back out. Yuck! It needs updated and cleaned! Update, I've also noticed all 3 to 4 stars are local guides. Make me think they are staff. It's always after they get horribly low ratings.

Yes you can! It is $22 per person per day for non-hotel guests.
You do not need reservations you can buy tickets at the Waterpark.

17.50 per day pass for hotel guest, and $22 for non-guest
All day. Go early and you can leave for a few hours and go back for that day.
