Everyone was extremely helpful and I got my claim filed and was out the door in about an hour
It isn't working for me either, doesnt matter what computer I use. Even tried at the workforce connection office, keep getting disconnected/kicked offline. Even my phone calls are dropped mid-sentence the couple times I got a callback.
My daughter is relatively new to the workforce and due to COVID 19 lost her job she has been waiting for a call back for wks due to the one one call back waiting she can't call again. Do you suggest we need to start going to our State Reps for help?

I received a phone call at 2am on Monday 7/12/21 telling me that my unemployment check was on hold until I responded. I don't believe you make calls at that time of day plus I am on Social Security not unemployment. Was this a scam call ?

I've had no problem for 20 years now I call to certify and it tells me to call a number which puts me on a callback waitlist. Are there any offices open? I can't do anything online and overheard waiting for this call could take months

There is no way to get in contact with them ive been on the call back for 3 months and had forgot all about it then tried to call one day about a separate problem and they told me I was in line to be called back 🤦🏾♂️
