As someone who works for the public, I completely understand how frustrating it can be to have to deal with customers who are angry or upset. Though I also understand that working with the public is my job, thus we must endure. This post office does not even attempt to give two care about anyone but their paychecks. It is very disappointing that they seem to not care or maybe they just gave up and this is the result. I have found that even though I ensure to be there upon my deliveries and have my gate open, they still keep telling me that my home has no safe space for delivery. My house is one level. The fence is open and today I was there outside talking with this person and they still wouldn't give me my package. What more do I need to do ? hold a sign asking for my package? there is no point in making a complaint, they won't do anything to change that behavior. I feel ignored, defeated and upset that these people treat not just me this way but I've seen them in the post office treat others just as little as they have treated my family. I couldn't fathom having a job if I talked to them like this or treated them in such a way as to make them feel less than. The bottom line is that this post office needs to change drastically.

Left a note in my mailbox that they attempted delivery to my door while I was home all day and neither me or my dog heard them drive up the noisy gravel road. Phone number listed is the generic usps number not theirs.

This time the line was short & even though there were only 2 workers taking customers (as usual), it was going very fast. The woman who helped me was very nice & empathetic & took care of my needs super quickly while also apologizing for me even having to come out there- even though it's not her or any mail staff/company/etc's fault. Our mailboxes were all broken open & we all have to pick up our mail at the post office now as a result (just like most of everyone these days). She deserves a raise! She's always super nice, efficient, knowledgeable & truly seems to actually care! This is the woman who works the farthest from the door. She goes above & beyond & I always hope she's the one ready to help me when I go in (even though that's not always the case lol).

So called ‘supervisors’ there are a joke. The low level assistants visibly try to be more helpful than management here! Not to mention it’s absolutely disgusting how the supervisors speak to their employees here, and they will snap at the customers the same way if you get to stand up for that employee. It’s a miracle we haven’t seen them on the news for ‘workplace violence’ yet based on their treatment of employees and customers. Off to FedEx I go, where the extra money is worth every penny for the treatment of customers and employees.

You can go to the postal facility that last had your package, but you must go there the same day. If you wait until the next day, it will already be gone, returning to the sender.
Debit or cash.
If you have a post office that closes the shipping area and keeps the main entrance open, yes. Not all post offices are keeping thise po box areas open because of homeless.
yes. If you have the flag out on your mailbox and you have mail to be delivered
Go in the closet post office and ask to speak with a supervisor.
You can go online and fill out a vacation hold until a set date or until you come in and cancel it
The website states 6pm is lobby close. Seems too early and is preventing me from easily accessing my p.o. box other than on Saturdays.
USPS.com
And is also free on the website as well
You leave a note for your mailman he will pop your lock from the inside and then u go to home depot or Lowe's and buy a new mailbox lock and it's simple you put it on then you are set
If it's possible to put up your own separate mailbox, which you can buy at Home Depot or online, you can get the main problem of not having a mailbox fixed. They make ones that lock. Should they do it themselves...yes...but obviously you are going to have to wait on the Government bureaucracy and their lack of funds to do anything useful. Beyond that...Scott is correct. The only other option is to write to a congressman or senator and hope that someone actually cares.
That kind of question is a little too specific for Google Maps
Is your house or your mailbox clearly and correctly marked? I've delivered for Amazon before and find there are many houses that are VERY poorly marked. Also, they likely use GPS to find your address. If your housing area is very new or on some little private dirt road, they can have trouble locating the house. I don't have all the information on your situation, this is just my experience from delivering that I've done in the past.
You can do it all from the website, USPS.com

No tracking number - No tracking. I work for the post office.
Check with the place that you ordered it from. If there is a tracking number, contact the carrier.
Contact the police for your jurisdiction. I just spoke with the Tacoma PD and that's what they said to do.
No, there is not
You can change your mailing address on the USPS.gov website. They charge your credit or debit card $1, which is to verify your identity. It's easy. You can also visit the post office and do this in person with the provided Change of Address form.
Yes
$80 for 6 months for a size 2, which can handle small packages, along with regular mail. There's a flyer posted in the post office that lists the sizes and prices.
