My package was stolen by USPS at this location. I will be filing a report and trying to get it resolved. It went out for delivery according to tracking number and never arrived. They also don't deliver every work day like they're supposed to. Something is up with this location.

Unfortunately, the outside mail drop box has been removed from this location. Our mail person only comes to our home box when we have incoming mail, so we often have multiple days at a time where we can't post an outgoing letter... Now I can't even drop one at the post office outside of their limited hours. Lines at the Lincoln location have been 15-30 minutes every time I've come (during lunch hours and Saturdays). The one clerk does handle the crowd with dignity and grace, though, despite the customer frustration. How is anyone with a full time job without schedule flexibility supposed to support USPS? Why limit the service so much that we can't support you even when we dearly want you to survive?

I put a priority mail package in a blue collection box that's apparently controlled by this post office, according to the sticker box. An entire week later, there has been no update on the tracking number and it still says "pre-shipment". I've called around, even directly to the post office itself, and they have been very unhelpful. One postal worker I asked said my package was either stolen out of the box, or the label got rain water damage in the box. I'm worried that the box was simply not emptied at all, and my package is still sitting in there. Now I'm forced to wait until I can open a proper claim, which is likely to be an awful process.

I had a great experience here. It’s the beginning of December and even though there was a line the one Clerk was super efficient and got through all of us very quickly. I was unexpectedly not prepared with one of my packages, but the Clerk was friendly and helped me get everything in order. The space is also very clean and orderly too. I appreciate that.
