I think this Firm accepts more clients than they can handle. To get a simple update on my case I had to call every single day for at least a month. No one returns your call; one time I was forced to take a day off from work and go to their office just to touch base and see how my case is going. It looks like they put their clients contacts in a blacklist since they have a lot of people trying to contact them. I was just frustrated and decided to leave. Also, be avare of all cost, and carefully read the retainer agreement.
