Excellent service, by Chris and the entire staff. He took all the time needed to ensure I had a thorough fitting, and did not make me feel like I was being rushed. They have an extensive inventory, plenty of quality shoes and socks to choose from. Chris was knowledgeable on all subjects, fit, style, manufacturer, etc. I highly recommend this store, and probably any of Fleet Feet's stores.

Energy’s off. I was browsing with my son and had fully intended to special order some shoes considering that’s what I was there to do. Workers were busy and I was just viewing what they had. Maybe I seemed suspicious in my communications with my 9 year old son.. Someone working overheard our conversation and interjected letting me know you don’t carry what I came to special order in a special kind of tone that felt off putting. Something I already knew considering I had a friend in a week prior who received similar treatment. Maybe I wasn’t uppity enough to receive proper service the world will never know. I’ll be ordering mine and a friends shoes online. I would have loved to support a small business today but didn’t enjoy the service or stagnant energy. Different workers on both separate occasions. Could we maybe try and be considerate of peoples appearances? We don’t all have to be decked out in Patagonia to be able to afford the shoes your carry.

Good store, limited inventory but carry all the main brands. Not a fan of the sock up sale, so just know after they insist you use their socks to try on shoes, they'll then ask you to pay for them. Brand prices on part with online pricing.

Checked out fleet feet in Tacoma and was treated wonderfully. I had my foot scanned and my gait checked and was able to grab some running shoes. The wife and my oldest son also found some shoes for themselves. I will be going back there for all of my running shoe needs. Highly recommended
