I had several pants that needed hemming that my wife purchased at Nordstrom. I had the option of getting them done at Nordstrom for free, that my wife insisted. I try to support local businesses first and I've known Franco has been in the neighborhood for a while. I've read some reviews about the shop both good and bad and I take those with grain of salt most of the time. I brought my pants there and Giovanni was very cordial and professional and we agreed on a completion time. To be honest and critical, Franco I feel has the best quality work around, Giovanni delivered on time and the price was perfect for the quality of work they do. Ignore the bad comments or ratings that are posted here, you'll get great quality and service at Franco's and now I have a great "go to" for any alterations I need. You will not be disappointed.

I had seams repaired in two pairs of pants and the hems stitched on another. The price was better than most tailors I've used (before I moved to Tacoma I had a tailor in Seattle that had ridiculously low prices, but they mostly did dresses) and the work at Franco's was absolutely top notch. Service was fine and the turn around was fast - about three business days. Will be using them for all future tailoring needs but the most basic hemming (I'd use them for that too, but I can get it done closer to my house without having to drive as far and I'm not too worried about the quality of the hems). Highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. Some might say that they have a gruff exterior - it's just personality. They are professionals who understand what quality work is. I had a suit tailored there - they did an absolutely phenomenal job. If you need a tailor - go to Franco's.
