I haven't received my pictures yet but so far their customer service was wonderful. I had no idea what I wanted or could get and the girl I spoke with was patient and kind. Received my pictures and they were well done. One picture's wire was upside down but they spotted it and fixed it immediately. I cannot emphasize how well their customer service was. The best experience I have ever had in any capacity. I plan to go back with my next set of pictures.

I love the staff at MQF in Proctor. I've taken several pieces in to be framed. Each time the staff listens to my initial thoughts/direction and then like framing magicians they walk me through tons of options...some in the direction I was thinking and some surprisingly unexpected. But I have always loved the finished product. Also the staff is always clear regarding timelines and cost. I really appreciate everyone!

The staff here is very friendly and patient. They were quite busy on the Saturday I came in, but handled it gracefully and with great customer service. They did a fantastic job framing a piece of art I brought back from overseas and had terrific recommendations for frames and mats. I couldn't be happier with the finished product and quick turn around time.
