Called last week about selling some Yu-Gi-Oh cards and the person on the phone said they only buy them if they're worth $5 or more. We said ok and went in later that week. When we arrive the store was bigger than we thought and full of product. Lots of selection. There was 1 person ahead of us in line and 1 behind us and a few people milling about or sitting at the game table. When we got to the counter my husband explained that he called about the cards and showed him some from his collection of first editions and foils. He got "that's going to take me forever, I'm really busy" and then a scoff "no one's going to buy that around here" regarding a card that was worth a lot more than $5. Overall he was very dismissive and unwelcoming and frankly acted like we shouldn't even be there. Believe me we didn't want to be at noon in the heat. We made a special trip because we were told you buy cards. I understand there were other customers. He could have asked us to wait while he helped the one other person in line or come back at a slower time. He did say he could take our number and call us if anyone was looking. He was obviously not interested and wasted our time and gas. Perhaps this person could use some more training in customer service and put in a bit more effort to help actual customers instead of the friends hanging out smoking their vapes. Yes a person was vaping when we walked to our car and looked back inside. Needless to say we won't be going back into the shop for any reason. Perhaps you might have better luck, they do have a big selection of games and stuff.

Not yet, i'd try microsoft. at $40 an hour labor we spend two hours on the elite controller which may or may not fix it you're already more than half way to a new elite controller at $179.99 Come in and mention this post and we'll give you $20 off a new elite controller

Most likely I can't swear to it but if they don't they can get it they're really awesome place friendly people knowledgeable staff I didn't get any game for any system I even got Starfox for Nintendo 64 from them
