Criminal is the word for my local UPS employees. Negligence plus plus. Sarcastic, mocking liars and thieves. Packages disappear so frequently that many, many people in Lake county canot shop online. I am amazed that after living at the same address for over 37 years and recieving packages almost weekly, UPS STILL CAN NOT FIND MY ADDRESS. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
