We always take care of our customers so if you get something defective we will replace it within 14 days Brand new items are covered with a manufacturers warranty. If you can't make it to the store within 14 days just give us a call or shoot us a message! Our policy dictates returns are typically for exchange or if we don't have it in stock a refund in store credit. That said this isn't game stop. We're humans just like you and will do our best to work with you on whatever you need!
