Great customer service coupled with clean rooms, adjustable and very efficient air conditioning. The pool is standard, no reason to expect anything more for a standard sized hotel. The breakfast is limited, however available and the omelet that a few reviews have complained about was very delightful in my experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Hampton Inn staff.

Lobby sofa and chairs need deep cleaning, towel inspection should be required. My face towel was covered in yellow stains. Not even sure if it was a clean towel. The faucet had a buildup of limscale. My tub was stained and had a hair in it. My coffee pot was covered in dust. The ironing board cover was stained. The cleaning crew really should pay attention to details. The kitchen staff was not friendly but the front desk staff was amazingly kind. Breakfast was great. Great location we had a really good view on the 4th floor away from the elevator so it was also quiet. I took pictures of everything in case I needed them. Oh and the coffee was delicous!

Clean room at a decent price. Was a little disappointed at the breakfast options. That would be my main reason for the 4 star over 5 star. Water pressure was good, but the tub did not drain quickly, so showered in ankle deep water. Everything else was great! Just wish the breakfast area was larger (Was a tight squeeze if anyone else was also getting food) and then did not have traditional "Hot" breakfast options (Bacon, Eggs, hashbrowns). They had some sort of "Omelet" that had obviously been made the day before, and had all sorts of peppers and onions that neither my wife dared. They also had some sausage that was mysteriously white...

A nice Hampton Inn in a very convenient location just off of loop. Rooms are smaller than a lot of other Hilton locations, but they were very clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast in the morning and there is small pantry in the lobby with drinks and snacks. Would recommend to anyone staying on the south side of Indianapolis.
