Great location in the downtown area... Walking distance to the baseball and football stadiums and local museums! Clean and modern with nice restaurants located in the hotel complex!

Room was dirty, office chair dirty couch dirty, the shower leaked water all over the towel and the temperature playe was just hanging and the room cooling system was set for 62 and couldn't get to to go lower than 65 parking was a joke the garage was full and yet I paid to park and had to wait for someone to leave just to park. Now let's talk about staff and other parts of the hotel. Staff was invasive asking me what my purpose for coming to town was. Elevator floors and hallway lobby floors was dirty and wet where someone dragged a trash bag around the lobby. The other hotel lobby connected to ours was turned into a party room where a big party was and the noise went way beyond quiet time which was 10 pm sat at the lounge and could still hear the party in the other lobby. I have stayed here many times before without a problem what happened Marriott.

Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was unfriendly. Our room was hot and when we called to ask for help we were told that a maintenance person would be up to check on the cooling system and no one came. When we checked out the front desk person ask us how our room was and we told her that is was humid she just looked around.. And not only that we payed $50.00 just to park for less than 24 hours.

Rooms were great. Very clean and spacious. I would give 5 stars if the parking situation wasn’t a disaster. I paid for parking with my reservation but the garage was full when we arrived. We found a place to park overnight a few blocks away. Why would a spot in their garage not be reserved if you paid for it weeks prior? They at least refunded me the parking money.

When I was there last year it looked like the poll had been removed because the exercise area was now where the pool used to be.
Not sure, but I was at a conference with 5,000 people and don't think we were half the guests.
