Beautifully kept location. Friendly staff that is willing to make your stay be the best it could ever be. Very friendly, manager is almost always reachable for staff and customers which is a major plus in my opinion. ((: I had no issues with any bugs, dirty linen, bathroom issues (as far as cleanliness and all plumbing working properly). They do have breakfast every day from 6a-9a and if you just miss it, whoever is at the front desk will generally assist you with getting a little something (yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, something that is quick and doesn’t need to be cooked to help you start your day). If you ask nice enough they might even turn the drink machine on for you that is only SUPPOSED to be for breakfast time… 🤫🤐 They DO allow pets, not sure on what the pet deposit prices are though so make sure to ask if you need to. 15/10 would definitely stay here again and again. **prices might seem a little high but just be nice, patient, and explain your situation how many nights you’re looking to stay and they are very good at working work you too get you as close to what your needs are within your price range as long as you’re being reasonable as well. ❤️❤️❤️ honestly didn’t want to leave when I had to because of everyone that worked there and their beds are literally like a cloud that just hugs you in and doesn’t want to let go either. Absolutely amazing across the board. 👏😁

I spent $190 on our room for date night. The bed sheets were stained, the jacuzzi was dirty, we had to clean it before using it. None of the drains worked in the shower or jacuzzi. The bathroom door didn’t fit right so if you got closes in someone else had to kick the door open for you. If you’re going to spend money I would HIGHLY suggest a different place!! Staff didn’t care when we told them how gross the place was!

Positive: The location was great. The bed was comfortable. Negative: The shower room door could not close. No place for towels. Water must have leaked from the top floor of the bathroom and left stained patch on cealing what was done was to patch some areas with paint. Some lamps did not have bulbs in them.

This location must be a franchise because I have never stayed at a comfort suites this terrible. First they placed a extra $100 hold on our card, now I understand why but I have never had a comfort suites do that. Secondly, the floor smelled like weed. Then the room was old and outdated. The carpet had stains and nasty, the bathroom counter was breaking away from the wall the tub was nasty just not clean. Lastly, not sure if this was the manager or owner and another lady behind the desk but they were not pleasant at all. No type of greeting when we came down to check out now even a smile. We asked for a receipt and was told they would email it to us and made us write the email address down. Why wouldn't you already have that in the system we reserved the room through the app. Just horrible experience.
