Great location and nice staff, but sadly that’s where it ends. I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The hotel rooms are very outdated, loud AC units, ours didn’t even work which counted for a very hot night. Rooms weren’t very clean and smelled bad. Windows were horribly dirty, furniture was missing pieces. Not worth the price in my opinion. I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels with much better quality to offer than Omni. The staff is nice, not over the top, but that doesn’t bother me. I wanted to love this hotel, but sadly I will be looking for a different options when we return in a few weeks.

I came to Indianapolis for a conference and booked this hotel as it was just a little more affordable compared to the hotels nearby. The staff were friendly, gym was small but clean, room was clean (no microwave). I especially liked the cafe downstairs that had affordable bagels and coffee (everything else was expensive). Location is at a great place! Walkable distance to the conference hall and to the nearby eateries and bars downtown. Other hotels (like the Marriott) although close to the conference hall are just a little further from these restaurants!

For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed. Way to pricey for what is there! Lobby was nice and grand. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was $215 with our senior discount but still cost us $251 after all the fees. Bathroom was small. Curtain had a clip undone so curtain was sagging. Pool was small and located in the basement. Family member has booked one of the suites on the 12th floor, the dining chairs were wobbly. Room wasn't as spacious as I would have thought a suite should be.

I stayed here for two nights when I was in town for a work conference. The lobby is beautiful; however, my co-workers and I had a difficult time checking it as the staff stated they needed additional paperwork when paperwork was already provided previously. I had booked a room with a king bed and ended up with two queens, which isn't a huge deal. My bathroom sink was leaking horribly, the AC in my room wasn't working, there were scuffs on many of the walls in the room, the lamp in between the beds was cracked and the sitting chair next to the bed had food crumbs underneath the cushion. I have stayed at this hotel in the past and had no issues, so it seems things have gone downhill since my last stay. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Without a doubt everything from 5 stars to 3 stars like steak and shake.
It would be a nice walk since its real close to the lucas oil stadium
It's not a shuttle run by the hotel, it's commercially run and does a loop downtown and out to the airport. You have to get their app on your phone to get picked up and they don't deal with cash, so plan ahead. Double Map is the app.
No, a shuttle service that is associated with Ombi Severin will stop if you schedule a pick up. Contact front desk for shuttle information

They have fitness center and a indoorpool (small one) , they don't have sauna
About 4 blocks away. It's really close.
You could probably pay with cash, but would need a credit card anyway in case there were incidentals or damage to the room.
