Quiet honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had since 2019. When I arrived at 9am , I fully expected my room not to be ready , even though I had requested an early check-in. I was greeted with a smile and given my room within 2 minutes. Later there was a small issue with the door , and I called the front desk and they responded in less than 5 minutes. They called maintenance and fixed it immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. I later got an email from the Chris O’Connor - Dir of Sales - asking me about my stay in a genuine email - I’m sure it could have been automated but I appreciated the touch. The team goes above and beyond. In a time where the hospitality industry is hurting this team completely exceeded my expectations. Great job Delta Team !

Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. We had 3 rooms and had issues with TV reception. Maintenance staff came.in promptly and fixed the issues. We will be traveling to Indy several times in the next 3 months and will definitely be booking here. Thanks to a very helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel and really cool restaurant/bar in the lobby with great food. The room was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because the view from our room was completely obstructed by another part of the building. When looking at the building from the exterior it looks like this is only the case for a handful of rooms and we were the unlucky ones to get one of those that night.

Clean, modern decor, updated gym-but there should be CONSISTENCY. My company puts us in this hotel and I've noticed that there is something wrong/missing/different in each room. These little things are the things that make people want to pay for a room at a 4 or 5 star hotel. Speaking to the hotel directly (constructive criticism): 1. Make sure ALL the toiletries/towels/supplies are present. I was missing body wash one time, only one towel another time, coffee cups my first stay, shampoo another time, and some other items were just broken (refrigerator, glass cup, remote). May not seem like a big deal, but after a long day and wanting to get into the shower to go to bed, I dont want to wait for my missing items-just want them available. 2. Various items do not work. Whether it's the alarm clock-which is extremely important for business trips-the air conditioner, remotes, doors, refrigerators or anything else-there should be a schedule on how often these things are checked to assess optimal working condition instead of waiting until the guests call you to inform it is not working. 3. Housekeeping. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and twice this morning someone still tried to come inside, which interrupted my sleep. Why put the sign on the door if housekeeping will ignore it? Attention to details (observing the sign on the door) is paramount. 4. Customer service. Understanding how one is being perceived by their audience is a strength. Speaking in rushed, condescending, or indifferent ways gives an impression that you dont care and cheapens the ambiance of the hotel. 5. Personal appearance. The staff is split into looking good, and then the others looking as though they are hanging out at a friend's house. Pride in your appearance breeds respect, and reflects upon the brand of the hotel. It's a good place, but needs several tweaks to get into that upper echelon tier. Shuttle needs to operate much better. The gym is VERY nice, great job in the gym.
