My MacBook went out and apparently it was a known issue with MacBooks. I was told I would get it back in three days and on the third day I was told 5-7 business days. 🤔 I could understand if it was some old 2000 but it’s a two year old MacBook Air! Was told to buy another MacBook and then return it, not sure how that’s a solution to give apple more money? Knowing people work from home how is there no loaners to give out since they want to take weeks to fix? Aaron the “operation manager” was no help and kept talking over me and refuse to give me any information. I normally received good customer service but then again this my first time at this location. Honestly leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Everything is done from a laptop!!!
