The parking is horrible you can mess up your car just coming in and going out the parking lot in the rear .

Fair rates. Attendant was there to assist both times I was there. He was knowledgeable & quick with self service pay station. Cash is accepted but no change back.. I don't think there are cameras "watching" the lot. Pavement in need of repair (street and entrance to lot). This is an outdoor lot opposed to an enclosed parking garage. Didnt see designated handicap spaces but you use amount of space you need - no lines marking spaces. No stairs to use the lot. The bad pavement may make using wheelchair more difficult.

Yes. But once you're in the court you have to turn them off.
