Hotel could definitely use some TCL, but overall not a HORRIBLE experience. The first room we were assigned had a horrid smell, found out there was food left in the refrigerator from a previous tenant, so we were moved to a different room very quickly. The pool is a bit sketchy, seeing how the only LADDER, not step, is in the center of the pool, at the deepest point (4feet. Coming here with a disabled child, that was a bit rough getting her in. They did have a chair lift for handicap, but it wasn't plugged in, and missing half of the power cord, so it was completely useless. The tiles in the pool area, some were missing and most are cracked, especially on the seating deck where the tables are. The tiles in the hallway around the pool entrance are mostly uneven, a tripping hazard. The tub in the bathroom of our room didn't have a plug so bathing my handicap daughter was a struggle when I had to use a water cup supplied in the room, as a drain plug. Carpets are in need of a good scrubbing, painting needs to happen, the light in the stairwell needs replacing. Like I said, not a HORRIBLE visit, but definitely not handicap friendly. Probably will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here last week on a work trip and was pleasantly surprised. The 1-star reviews made me abit worried while I was booking but trust me, this place deserves all 5 from me. Room was really clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff was friendly and prompt in service, I had to replace the steam iron in my room. The breakfast as well had ample options to suite everyone I feel. I dont usually leave reviews but with few 1 star ones i saw here, I thought this place deserves a shout out.

Amazing place with well maintained rooms, excellent staff and a lot of amenities! The manager was very accommodating and helpful. My brother accidentally dropped lemonade on the bed, and instead of charging us they gave us a new room to stay without any extra cost. We’re on a trip right now and we’ll make sure we stay here again on our way back. Thank you for your hospitality!

We went down to breakfast at 9am, it did not end until 10am. There was nothing left, there was a very small amount of scrambled eggs and one sausage link. There was no milk, one yogurt, no syrup and no batter to make a waffle. I travelled to an event that did not end until 11pm that night, I received a phone call during the event at 7:30pm, it was the receptionist, he told me that since I never checked in at 3pm then I would either have to give him my card number right that second over the phone or he was going to cancel my room. I told him that I mentioned in my reservation that I would not be checking in until 11:30 and he continued to push and tell me he needed my card information. Once we arrived at the hotel there was another guest in front of us checking in and paying once he got there. I don’t understand what the point of that was. When we started walking to the room we noticed paint peeling off of all the room doors. We walk into our room and there is a massive stain on the lamp shade and a smear of something on the bottom sheet that looked it had not been washed.

It does not have a laundry facility on premises I'm not sure if they offer a laundry service or not but an amazing hotel we loved it they were so kind and friendly and the rooms were very clean
