When I was not happy with the way some look, they were kind and patient with us and moved things around so placement of the vents were less noticeable. We had a new roof put on, which included the installation of a new skylight. Micaela was our project manager and she did an amazing job communicating and handling all the details in such a friendly manner. The crew was also great. I wish, but unfortunately with how much moisture we get in the Pacific Northwest West, we ourselves would begin to grow moss if we stayed outside too long! We do have an algae-resistant product that significantly inhibits algae growth. Most people confuse moss and algae, thinking that they are the same thing, but they are two different factors that we need to guard against.
My teams are supplied with tarps and waterproofing materials while on the job.
Yes! My team and I are prepared to take on your roof project during the wet seasons of the PNW. During the warmer months we will usually tear off the roof in one go, but during the wetter months we remove it section by section in order to ensure everything is tarped and waterproofed.
Yes, my superintendent will be onsite to answer any questions, and I’m always a phone call away.
No, absolutely not. You’ll deal with myself as the owner or my mom.
We typically do not, however, if we run into a situation where you need a plumber or an electrician for instance, then, with your permission, we would subcontract that specific work out to someone that specializes in that trade.
