Do not stay here if you want a clean room. Worst night ever, really stinky sheets, mildew all over bathroom walls filthy bathtub and floors I could go on but just do NOT stay here. That is all. Edit: You, the reader, can easily see the managers' responses are the same, for YEARS running. Yet the complaints do not change. No improvements are made, ever. I am surprised that an operation like this can even stay in business.

The door looked like someone broke into it, the head board had some sort of oil on the top left hand side as if someone was getting Their freak on but the cleaning people didn’t sanitize it. The fitted sheet was put on inside out and the pillow had someone’s hair on it and streaks of something . I was able to find comfort in the other bed, thank goodness!!! No plans to ever stay here again. I checked out to early to try out breakfast. Due to the room appearance, not sure I would have tried it! The location was great for the airport When I checked in about 10pm 6.21.22, the guy had on hard phones with loud music and chose to not take them off.

Only reason why I'm setting this review at 2 is due to faulty room deposits reimbursement. Been 4 weeks now and contacted twice, left name and phone number about my reimbursement for room deposit of $100 and still not yet received of common courtesy of a simple phone call back. The lady makes conversation real some quick and then says good bye have a nice day. Then nothing. Rooms are decent, except toilet paper was used, not fresh....COVID year, policy's are to have new toilet paper. Service was good. Emergency situation and the nice gentlemen got us right in. Location ok. Just shady of not reimbursing so I technically paid $200 for a room for only the timing of 1:00 am to 10 am. Ridiculous.

Very bad service and rooms. There was a water leak in the bathroom, when you take a shower that’s when the leak starts. The bed sheets were stained, not many stains but you can definitely see them. Breakfast was bad, the waffle you cook has a very odd taste, especially when you drink juice that’s when that taste gets worse. Not good quality, honestly not recommended. Also the mattresses were on top of a metal box that makes loud noise when you bump into it. This place honestly looks like the owners don’t care about service or quality, there just there for the money. EDITED: These owners the only thing they keep saying are the same words “I am sorry” what are you sorry about? Your very bad hotel? If you truly are “sorry” then do something about it, not just say it. Make changes, fix these rooms, buy new bed sheets and comforters, fix the leaks. Fix the problems that people are mentioning to you on their reviews. You don’t believe us? Then you stay at this hotel and see for yourself how disappointing it is. Don’t just say your “sorry” get up and do something. Actions speak louder than words.
