Absolutely terrible female employee working there, I wish I would have gotten her name. A gentleman came in needing a change of address form, he filled it out and brought it to the female and she told him that he filled it out wrong and that he needed to fill it out again, again the gentleman fills it out and brings it to her and she tells him it's wrong and to fill it out again, she did that to him three times and not once did she try and explain to him what he was doing wrong, I helped the gentleman fill out the form and I brought it to the female who seemed angry, I honesty believe that female employee was being racist against the poor hispanic gentleman.

The people in the building are super awesome. But the team on the roads delivering the packages are having major issues. I get utah is medical but maybe lay off the green till you get home. 3 times in a row my pack gets sent to a different house and is marked as delivered. How can they scan a package at another house and say it's there. Does their system not flag saying hello your at the wrong east or west!? Mind blowing. But again props on the office the second you report it their on it. Let's hope I get my package this time...

They open up at 9 am and close at 6 pm. If you have a P.O. box u can check it at anytime. They do have a sign saying masks required
I'm almost positive 20 stamps are $9.80
No
You should be able to call them and get that info. And should also have the option to pick up the package on your time.
They don't answer the phone. The 800 number has up to one hour wait time.
Yesterday was the day of Mourning unlike other commentors. Yes, USPS is back to normal today. They delivered to my home and I went in to the post office today.
This is not really a good place to ask this question. I would go into a post office or call them...
Depends on the package arrival date. If your asking about a package that hasn't arrived and want it held for you to pick at your home office, you can do that online. If its a package that was notified due to no one being home it should be available for pick up the next day.
Call the post office and ask
Yes
You don't have any mail ??
There are 3 options, 1st the mail man is tsking your stuff or 2nd someone is just stilling them from your box. Either one the person know what you are getting, if its something like electronics it will be stolen, and 3rd maybe someone parks infront of your mailbox and so the mail man doesn't get out to deliver, that has happened to me and they just leave notices/warnings that i can get fined if i keep obstructing the box. Hope you can get to the bottom of this. Happy holidays.
