Honestly after living here a few months I'm not impressed. Between noisy neighbors, bugs and things not dealt with I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone. We couldn't use the pool, for cleaning and maintenance but also when we looked at it. Well it's disgusting. Not clean at all. Living on top floor also is horrible not only for stairs but also the ac is constantly freezing up. For the money we pay (which is too much for what you get and lack of) its not worth it at all.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is absolutely terrible. Their communication skills are stupidly low. Got charged a late fee because they ladies in the office don’t know what they’re doing. The apartments are cute but everything in them is broken or damaged. Location is awful and we have had the swat team around our building multiple times. Maintenance doesn’t do anything. Just a horrible place all together.

Moved out . Lease ended. How does that turn into an eviction ?? Rent was paid up to date and I completed the lease . Also this is crazy because now they (sandalwood management) are withholding my mail which is a federal crime …. I called and asked the day after they changed my mail box key . I requested for my mail (been waiting on a debit card for weeks) . The lack of empathy and genuine understanding makes this place a disgrace and they should pay people to live here due to the many many osha violations . Check your mechanical room and look at the air filter . You’re welcome (every 30 days is osha standard ) mine wasn’t changed from august-January and I had to break in to the mechanical room to Change it . It’s a problem with management, maintenance and in general the entirety of these employees .
