If I could rate -5 stars I would, I set an appointment at 1pm with Claudia to see a model unit. I drove from Ogden was there on time and to my surprise the office doors were locked and no one was in the office me and my wife called numerous times to be brushed off and set aside then we finally get ahold of Claudia at 3pm to be told they wouldn’t take our card for the application and we needed a money order after I had waited for almost 3 hours past my appointment my experience here was complete utter work negligence I have never experienced this kind of behavior from an apartment complex office my advice don’t live here I can only imagine how they are with maintenance and other tasks associated with tenant needs they definitely are not dependable and have excuses for everything

I moved in to a completely remodeling apartment on a Friday we signed leasing agreement, this took all morning, they are very thorough, and tell you everything you need to know. I had a few issues once into the apartment. No hot water, a plugged tub, dishwasher not working, and no smoke/Co2 detector was in the apartment. They have all these things fixed, and is only my 5th day here. The maintenance team is nice and friendly, they always answered my questions no matter how silly there were. So far I love my new apartment. Thank you Claudia, Pablo, and Sébastien. You are all very appreciated by me!!
