Can't give it 5 stars because it was dental work! But most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist was fast and good. And it's close to where I live.

Would not recommend this dentist to other people I gave them one star because I took my daughter there in January to get looked out she had mentioned braces and right away they had her get up out of her seat and walked her to the front just made us feel uncomfortable it did not seem professional at all I thought they would at least do a check up look at her mouth but nothing and then I had scheduled a tooth extraction for the next day, however after I seen the service and treatment they provided for my daughter I did not feel comfortable with them ripping out a tooth of mine so I called that night after I got home and canceled the appointment via voicemail two months later I get a bill for $75 for a missed appointment in my teenage daughters name. Honestly in my opinion this is just a dentist that I did not feel comfortable at So I canceled and I’m just frustrated for them trying to charge me a $75 fee because they skipped over my voice message other than that the receptionist upfront all ladies as I recall they were very helpful and very nice

I would highly recommend getting a second opinion before going through any treatment plans with Westways Dental. I went in for a check up/cleaning and was told I had 13 cavities, which was followed by an EXPENSIVE treatment plan. I was suspicious because 6 months prior when I went to a different dentist, I was told I had no cavities. I didn't understand how 13 cavities suddenly appeared when I've stayed consistent with my brushing/eating habits. A month later, I decided to go back to my old dentist in Idaho and was told I had one cavity, which he was able to quickly fix the same day. I've had no issues since. I understand that the definition for a "cavity" may vary from dentist to dentist, but overall I felt like Westways was in it more for the money than providing actual care for their patients.
