Great place for a short hike (around 1 hour at a very slow pace) with well groomed trails. Even took the grandparents!

An absolutely gorgeous, lush landscape for a quick hike. Though there are very few picnic benches, this is a great place to throw a few sandwiches/pasta salads from the Town & Country Market in a backpack with some water and find a spot along the hike to have lunch. If you feel like doing Mother Nature a solid, bring a trash bag as some visitors seem to like to leave their garbage in the parking lot/under the kiosk. So not cool...

Great area for hikes. Bears present, although small, five feet tall and black. Went from West to East Grand Forest in an amazing trail. Big foot country, even in this island. Lots of locals with pets.

This was a pleasant drive to go take a quick short hike with our dog on a weekend. Easy marked trail, free parking, but no restrooms near parking lot. It was a little over half a mile to reach one on the trails.
