We have been here 8 months and are very happy here. We have a 2 bedroom apartment and a great view of the pool area and clubhouse from the 3Rd floor The management and staff are very friendly and are helpful. I recommend this for anyone 55 plus wanting to downsize. We have lots of activities for you to enjoy or just relax poolside and enjoy our heated pool. Adding this to my original post above. Just signed my lease for the 7th year. Still enjoy living here and even though we have had some management staff changes still enjoy living here.

We moved to the Retreat over three years ago and have really enjoyed our time here. We've made some good friends and just enjoy the trouble free living after over fifty years of home ownership and responsibility for every minor and major problem such as roof leaks, appliance failure, etc. The maintenance team are so responsive and complete repair request with utmost efficiency. The amenities are very varied from a pool table and card tables room, a crafts room, movie theater, nice heated pool and much more. The pandemic has limited much of the gatherings, but that is so understood to keep all of us safer. Another feature that I really enjoy is a walking trail around a nice lake right outside our back gate by pickle ball courts and dog runs. The community is growing with good medical care nearby as well as restaurants of all varieties within short distances. We recognize that no place is perfect, but we feel that this is the next best thing. One of my favorite attractions living at the Retreat at Trinity is the beautiful walking trail around the adjacent lake. My parents have been living there for six years and if anybody knows my dad he’s a great guy but expects excellence from everybody including me and for him to be at that apartment for six years is a statement and itself the leader ship team here starting with Matt and you have Melissa a young lady always is helpful to them a maintenance guy Ray and a helper Alex that take care of everything for my parents the community itself has everything you could want pool table Card room real movie theater A pub room a heated pool putting and much much more and all the amenities in the surrounding area are great doctors food shopping everything you could possibly want. My dad is especially happy with how they take care of all his needs that may arise. He always says they do a great job and believe me you would know if they didn’t he is truly happy living there and says it’s a great place to call home
