I love living at Loftin Place. My apartment is modern with awesome amenities. Plus the pool is beautiful. Modern gym with work out classes almost every day. There is a dog run plus a place to wash your pooch. Very pet friendly. Response to any maintenance is prompt courteous & professional. The front office staff is so nice so easy & professional. Security is great too! 4 security measures before you reach my unit. Thank you Loftin Place!!

Apartments and main office are very clean and organized. Management and staff are very nice. One of the leasing agents named Sunni was very professional and answered all of my questions with genuine authenticity. I've been looking at several spots since I've moved from my other residence in May and have been thoroughly impressed by Loftin. I will be doing another tour in October and I am looking forward to possibly moving in soon.

I am a current resident, all I can say is I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT HERE. Where do I start? Between the upscale amenities, the impeccably clean facilities, the accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable staff it's literally impossible to pick my favorite aspect of living at Loftin Place. I can't for get our security/concierge personal, they are the best, always there to greet me with a smile and help me in any way possible. It's also one of the quietest places I have lived as well, the walls are thick, and mostly everyone that lives here are professionals, so there are never any loud get-to-togethers. Really one of the best decisions I have made when it came to renting a home. I look forward to renewing my lease and spending many more years here at Loftin Place!

Have been living @ Loftin Place for 3+ years. John, Sunni & Shana are excellent. Always responsive, polite and helpful. Complex is well maintained. When maintenance is needed, it is always completed in a timely manner. Would recommend Loftin Place to my friends.
