Would not recommend. Pool parties with drunk people all the time, people blasting their speakers and screaming kids constantly. You can hear everything from inside your apartment. It’s been frustrating trying to block out all the noise here since reporting does nothing to help. This is not a peaceful place to live. The apartment has been very little to no help In the matter and takes forever to respond. All they’ll do is send out an email to everyone in the community as a general reminder to be courteous of your neighbors. No help in actually taking care of the problem.

It's 2 am and my water is off my toilet won't flush water is not running . This place is too nice to having these issues

The gates are only functioning half the time, and staff has admitted that they are not security gates, only access gates. When they aren't functioning, the gates are left open for delivery drivers and residents, and they remain open throughout the night. Additionally, the fence is able to be walked around, so members of the community that DON'T live in our complex are free to use the pool, sneak into the gym, or smoke marijuana on the property.
Hello Mr. Clancy, We have a two-story, state of the art gym located in the new clubhouse. In the gym there is a club room specifically for children. There are tables, chair, chalkboard and a large screen TV. We currently do not have an outside playground. However, we will be looking at adding a playground next year.
