I have been living here for years and during those years management has changed 5 times. When it came to my lease renewal this year, new management was coming in. I spoke with the old leasing manger Toni and discussed that I would be renewing my lease but she never sent me the email to sign. I followed up with office to tell them to resend it which they never did. After a third attempt I finally went into the office to speak to someone. Toni already left and a new manger was there and said I had to pay the higher fee of $200 more in rent because I missed the early renewal. So not only was rent increased by almost 30% but I was expected to pay an additional $200 on top of that. They didn't work with me nor care. I’ve been a tenant here for almost 10 years. After that they then charged me triple rent of almost $8,000 that would be automatically withdrawn from my bank account. I again called the office telling them about this issue and told them I just paid what's due and the rest needed to be fixed. Instead of helping to fix the issue, they put an eviction notice on my door saying I owed now $4,000 and would be kicked out if I didn't pay. I was livid!!!! After a couple of months, many phone calls, and almost causing me to over draft from my bank, I get a $150 late fee they still have not fixed. I understand that when new management takes over things get lost but it shouldn’t fall on the tenant for their mistakes. As beautiful as this place is, there are a lot of things that need to be improved. I suggest taking advice from the tenants who have lived here for years and understand what needs to be changed.

My Husband and I Love living here. The amenities are great and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, I found out that we are paying $1,000 more than our neighbors per month for the same apartment. When I asked the office if they could work with us by either lowering our rent or moving us into a larger apartment, I was told they could not help me because the prices change daily. This is disappointing for us.
