Nolan came to give estimate. Estimate was $2,000 more then 2 other estimates. When I told him this, he got nasty and accused me of using his license and Insurance for my landscaper. I felt he was dishonest and not trustworthy. He got nasty so quickly. This is usually a sign of a dishonest person.
