I highly recommend Royal Bath Place. Our bathroom remodel project was supposed to start in April 2022. One night in March 2022, I found the perfect tub online at Royal Bath Place and purchased it through their website. The next morning, Royal Bath Place called me as a courtesy to let me know that it would be 8 - 10 weeks before the tub would be delivered and wanted to make sure that the delay would not affect our project. Since our project was supposed to commence in the next few weeks, we could not wait that long for a tub. Royal Bath Place helped us find another tub that was similar to the one we wanted in stock and exchanged it. As it turns out, our bathroom remodel did not begin until June 2022. Three months after we purchased our tub from Royal Bath Place, we realized for the first time that the tub was 2 inches too wide for the space it was meant to occupy. I called Royal Bath Place and asked them if we could exchange it (knowing they could easily have said no). I was pleasantly surprised and relieved by how kind the owners/employees of Royal Bath Place were to me in my current dilemma. My husband was able to return the tub the next day and exchange it for a similar one in the right size. We are so grateful that we shopped with Royal Bath Place and could not be happier with the customer service and look and quality of our newly installed tub. I highly recommend shopping with Royal Bath Place for all your future remodeling needs.

I ordered a shower set from Royal Bath in chrome and then my wife decided to change her mind and go the complete opposite direction and go with black. Even though we're all the way across the country from them they worked with us to do an exchange, in a very timely manner, and got us the new items we needed prior to our contractor showing. Thank you Sam and the Royal Bath team. You guys were awesome!!!
