Absolutely. Half of our work is for residential clients. In addition, our wheelhouse includes healthcare projects, university buildings, museums, shopping centers, retreat buildings, and multi-family projects. We also provide comprehensive interior design services for all our projects.
Yes! Our projects range from renovations, additions and new buildings to multi-family projects. However our advice is that If you’re looking for a kitchen remodel, you might consider a local contractor. And of course, if you’re in the market for a custom designed home from the foundation to the roof, please reach out to our Coates Design team.
Our Coates Design team is comprised of 14 staff members with a range of expertise. We have the capability of performing a large variety of projects at any given time. Our senior architects include Matthew who is the founder, president and principal architect. Bob, our vice president, and resident expert in construction technology. Hutch, senior designer, with valuable knowledge of municipal architecture, planning, and land use analysis. Laura is Director in Charge of our Interior Design Division. Together, each member of the Coates team brings their personal expertise to the betterment of every design project.

We provide comprehensive interior design and consultation as a part of our architectural services for all projects and as a stand-alone service, led by our Director of Interior Design Laura Zoerb.
