if I could give zero stars I would. Constantly missing my garbage and recycling pick up. No one answers their phone or Facebook messages. We have no other option on Bainbridge Island, but this terrible company.

About a year ago, I contacted Bainbridge Disposal to caution them about solid waste pickup occurring on my street at the exact time school kids are walking to the bus stop. On our narrow street, the combination was a bit sketchy. In response, they adjusted their pickup schedule and followed up with a phone call to ensure the situation had improved. Superb oversight and service at this excellent community business, going above and beyond the call of duty.

From one phone call to the next, getting inconsistent stories about their level of service in our area. All we are looking for is consistent service that the former home owners received. They went from out right lying about the previous service to back tracking their story to blaming a rogue truck driver! Come on! If you're going to lie to your customers, at least get your story straight!

Terrible service. Terrible customer relations. Their automated recycle loader only collected a couple of items that were in the top of our recycle bin. We called them to see if they could get their drivers to come back and pick up the rest, and they said that they would only do so for an extra $24 charge. They said it was our fault that the bin wasn't emptied (even though our bin was not tightly packed), and they took no responsibility for picking up the rest of the material that they left behind.

No. Not the right type of plastic. A good rule of thumb, is that if it originally held food or liquid it's probably recyclable. If not, it probably isn't.
No garbage pickup Tuesday. Everyone gets picked up a day late this week on Bainbridge. Poulsbo is regularly scheduled.
Take them to a tire shop like Les Schwab.
That is a good question. The screw on bottle caps are recyclable, but the pop off tops from butter tubs ect. Are garbage 👍
