. Me and my family are considered low income and recieve section 8 assistance. We have never been late on rent, Certan broken items in the unit have never been fixed for over 8 years!!! Bed bugs have damaged my family emotionally and mentally. I feel we are discriminated against cause we are not Mexicans. There are people throwing trash everywhere drinking outside in the parking lot, and working on cars in the parking lot, Not to mention selling and doing drugs . When we moved in the walls were not painted. the carpet was already damaged when we moved in, The unit was a wreck. All they did was steam clean the carpets and acted like they where new, I have pictures. This unit was also infested with roaches when we moved in. (i have pictures) There is water damage in unit 106 due to apartment 406 causing a fire and water came in to our unit.(The people in unit 406 have caused alot of damage to the building and they are not being singled out like us) The master bathroom sink smells like sewage nothing was ever done about that. Maintenance came to fix the main bathroom toilet and made it worse breaking the handle. The kitchen sink handle has been broken since we moved in, Everytime they fix it poorly and with in a week it breaks again. Maintenance has come in and done several work orders and has not done their job correctly since we moved in. The lights have fallen off and almost hit my sons. There is constant noise upstairs and in the stairwells . People are always parking in the parking lot who don't live here all the time and at times for days at a time, as well as people on the other side of the building parking on this side . Several management changes and all of them were discriminatory towards us and my mother when she lived here, And when my mom was dying (she died in unit 306)) u guys were going to tow all my family's cars!!! you singled out my sister cause she is not Mexican and kicked her out over bogus accusations on top of that 2 of my sisters are black, I believe some of the staff at west metro housing solutions may be raciest. I have 3 kids and a huge family that likes to visit. Me and my neighbor received a fine from the office a few years back that was retracted cause They had no proof of what was accused. We are always good citizens and report any incidence to the office promptly. We cant get caught up with tasks cause we are being hit with several inspection notices in a short span of time . My wife has seen the old cleaning lady selling drugs to minors. We have been accused of people smoking weed then entering our unit but you have no proof cause it didn't happen. Sarah Catalanottos from the main office was so rude and mean to my wife she had her in tears cause she was so upset over the bed bug inncident, & the terrable vender your office used. (303 bed bugs) But in your lease it states you are restriced from using aggresive behavior twords managment or other tenants dosent that also apply to your managment, staff, and also Sarah and theresa? Sarah said she was going to evict us and we brought bed bugs, How is that when the bed bugs are in all 3 buildings. Staff and vendors have entered my apartment several times over the years without posting notice. They even walked in on me when i was in my underwear. They also served notices to my sister when she lived here with things that were not on the lease, So they had to disregard them but eventually they served her with a simular letter to mine and told them they had 30 days to leave. We recived a notice on our door stating the maintenance work would be preformed on june 28th, That never happened. I spoke with Theresa Folks today the property managment administrator, She is Sarah Catalanottos supervisor. She was mean and rude. ((I recorded the call)) She kept getting loud and intrepting me. She Accused me of bringing in the bed bugs. I have also enclosed a letter stating all of the maintenancce in unit 106 that has not been repaired, And probally never will.
