Ruby and Kolton are amazing. They make every visit to the front office great. I’ve been in here several times this month trying to figure out my lease and each time they have been extremely helpful. I think the bad reviews are coming from the previous management but the new team is outstanding, they are very understanding and patient. (:

June 2022- I have lived here for 6 months. It has not gotten better. The property management company is incompetent at best and shady at worst. I am planning to move out the day my lease is up or earlier if I can find a way to break my lease. The bad -Unsafe water? The water shut off for 24 hours several times in February and then we got a notice that the company had been delinquent in maintaining the water backflow system. The notice suggested that tenants buy filtered water. The timeline for fixing THEIR mistake is a full year. Sometimes my water smells like sulfur. -Front office incompetency. I have sent multiple emails and left phone messages regarding mundane tenant things and I have never received a return email or phone call. I have to go into the office in person to get anything done and then sometimes twice because there is no follow through. Several times the office is closed when it is supposed to be open. -Gym equipment gone. When I signed the lease the gym had lots of free weights and things like medicine balls. When I moved in all this was gone. There are just some machines now. -Bugs. I have bugs on the third floor. I bought a brand new mattress when I moved in and I keep a clean house. The good Tenants are nice although I know some are leaving due to the property management. Grass areas are well maintained. Maintenance requests have been answered very quickly and efficiently. The trash issue from January has been taken care of and the trash is moved out frequently. Parking is easy and accessible. Access to the John Kennedy Park and Cherry Creek bike trails is good. January 2022-Aggressive towing of residents' cars. Trash is not managed and it is building up. Poor to no communication with office by email or phone. The residents are nice. I like the layout of the standalone buildings. It is convenient to use the interstates. It is close to a bike path, big park, and it is easy to walk to the light rail. I like the apartment layout.

yup sir

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. No AC, no pool, management doesn't return calls, and if you have a pet to walk around I'd avoid this place, broken glass is scattered everywhere. Homeless people set up tents both on the property and just passed fencing of property. Drug use/sales is abundant here; don't be surprised if you find a crack-head lighting up in your stairwell. Also, seeing weapons on them is a regular occurrence as well, really isn't safe enough to take your pet out after dark. It's truly amazing they let people live here. Bathtub lining started peeling off the first day we moved in. Black mold is in the bathroom as well, looks like it's been there for years and just painted over for every new tenant. I honestly cannot wait to move out of this dump. I think the best part about living here is the fact that theres a big dumpster to through trash away and that isn't even taken care as there's trash bags scattered all around dumpster. If you like living in a dump, this place is for you. If you prefer safety, cleanliness, and a management team willing to help, look to live somewhere else! I currently live here and honestly, the homeless tents look better kept than this dump! SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN AND CROSS THIS PLACE OFF YOUR LIST! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that when I use the hot water, there's a really great smell of sulphur. ENJOY!

DO NOT LEASE HERE. Worst place I’ve ever lived at. Cockroach infestation, laundry facility never in working order, and unreliable staff. I was under the impression this would be a nice place to live when I first moved to CO, and everything went down hill after that. Extra unexplained fees every month, random water shutoffs and loss of power. They are trying to charge 1300 base after my initial lease of 1065 for 1bd/1ba. Says they’ll send a renewal offer 60 days before the lease is up, sends it way after that and tells me I can’t have my security deposit back. How am I supposed to know whether or not I’ll be renewing 60 days before my lease is up if I don’t receive an offer 60 days before my lease is up? Now they want to say I am responsible for 6 days of rent AFTER my lease is up because of improper notice. Legalized theft is whats going on here. Do NOT give these people your money. Only giving 1 star because I’m required. Gianna is an angel none of this applies to her

I have yet to see any rats or cockroaches anywhere in my building. Management does however need to evict Tennant's that have more people on the units than are legally allowed, and the Tennants that are filthy need to be t moved as well. We've been putting plug in air fresheners in out hallway because the stench coming out of several of the apartments is overwhelming.

What should I do, on my situations for an work order that is not complete for almost a month next Monday.. after calling more that twice Going there 2times. I'm so frustrated.. I looking for the headquarters office phone number..

You can call the office and ask them for the number for corporate. U can also go to bbb and file a complaint, u can do alot of things if the apartments are not complying. I would say familiarize yourself with what your rights are when it comes to living in an apartment.
