I've been pleasantly surprised by my stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone. The maintenance staff is exceptional! They could turn up the heat on the hot tub though. That's probably why it's not used very much. Overall I am very happy here at IMT

The hot tub was broken for the majority of the year. At the time of this writing, the hot tub has been closed since October with no end in sight. The last communication we got said that it would be closed until further notice. The reason I chose this complex was mostly because of that specific amenity. Understood these are unforeseen circumstances, but it’s frustrating and good for prospective renters to know. Even if it’s fixed now, don’t expect it to stay that way. Walls are very thin. I could hear every word of the podcast my neighbor was listening to. I wasn’t able to sleep in if my other neighbor wanted to play music. If the people above me walked around, I could hear every footstep. The building itself was pretty quiet, but you are 100% at the mercy of your next door neighbors. Important to note the lease states you’re not allowed to put nail holes in the wall. It’s all 3M/Command strips. This makes hanging large photos or shelves pretty much impossible. I had never seen that in a lease before and would have been good to know before I had decided to make this my home. There also isn’t really any sense of community here if you’re looking for that. No resident events, parties or gatherings, contests etc. That may be because of COVID, but if that’s important to you, I wouldn’t expect that here. In building 1620, there are no trash chutes so you have to walk your trash all the way to the garage. To put that into perspective, from my building that’s walking through two buildings and the garage. For recycling you have to go all the way to the visitor garage (through two buildings, through the garage and down an elevator/stairs). It’s a trek. Pros: Maintenance team is great. Always friendly and prompt. The proximity to the park is great (my unit overlooked City Park which was awesome). Covered parking is really cheap for the neighborhood and my car was never messed with (I was on a high floor). Parcel Pending was clutch. I only had issues when I received oversized packages that didn’t fit in the lockers. For it being as close as it is to Colfax, I felt safe as a woman. I did see people rooting around in our trash/recycling a few times though. For the price, you’re better off finding a newer place. The building is older and the finishes reflect that. My unit is now leasing for $1,700+ and it was a small (616 square feet) one bedroom. You could do better in Denver.

What wonderful staff IMT has put in place here at IMT City Park. Understanding, patience and helpful. I have been around many property managers that were so rigid and rude, It is refreshing to see some of the best property management and customer service ever in this industry. I appreciate the warm welcome and sad to say goodbye. Thanks for the experience, KUDOS to Shandell and Jenni you both rock.

If you like your stuff being stolen out of mailbox, secured garage, and storage lockers, endless construction, broken amenities that you don't get reimbursed for, dumb management that closes the pool in the summer and overpriced rent then move here because your a fool. Only reason me and my gf have stayed is because we locked in cheap rent 2 years ago, and location is Good but there are better. Good luck and hope this helps. Update: Ya sweet parcel lockers....
