Not a safe place for your cars or bikes in this complex, in the 9 months we’ve lived here we’ve had our bike stolen from the “locked” bike garage and most recently our catalytic converter stolen off our car in the complex parking lot. The only reason this review has 2 stars and not 0 is because of Mick the Maintence guy. He’s the only reason our stay here has been somewhat bearable, and deserves a raise to be honest.

The best place I've lived since moving to Colorado 5 years ago!! The units are so thoughtfully designed and furnished, the building is well kept, and best of all - the staff and management GENUINELY care about their residents. I've never experienced that with any other apartment living. The only maintenance request I had was addressed and fixed within 10 minutes of submitting it. The building feels safe and the community is great, which all in all - pretty hard to find in this city

Jane is great, very friendly, and cares about her property. Anytime I have a problem, I can go to her and she’s get it done for me. I love how close I’m to work and downtown. I’m new to Denver and Colorado. I love my studio just wish they came with a micro stove verse the dishwasher.

Honestly love this place. Location is great, right next to the highway so it’s easy to get everywhere. The staff is amazing and so helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. The apartments may be a little small but they are set up to super functional! Super close to the light rail and you can easily walk to downtown on the trails. Aside from the highway, it’s super quiet and tucked away! Great place to live if you wanna be close to downtown without all the hustle and bustle!
