I recently left Windsor at Broadway Station due to relocation. The community is average at best, there is a basic level of clean and security but nothing special or over the top. You will often find dogs going to the bathroom in places other than the designated pet areas, in the summer those same pet areas can be smelled all through out the community. You will find your typical homeless person sleeping within the hallways of the building from time to time as well. for the most part though, the management is pretty quick to fix this and apologize. However, once your lease ends the management team essentially stops caring, I was charged in blatant error for hundreds of dollars in fake move out costs and have been struggling to clear it up for the better of part of a month. Is this just shortsightedness or is Windsor looking to fraudulently bolster their bottom line? I wouldn't be surprised by either. if you choose to live here, make sure you stay on top of the management team and don't leave valuables in your car, the parking garage has been known for break-ins and even carjackings (yes, someone had their car stolen from INSIDE the parking garage). Tread lightly with this community.

I called to schedule a tour but as soon as they told me about the pet fees I just hung up. I'm sorry but a $500 non-refundable pet fee and $50 pet rent is insane. Out of the 30+ places that I've talked to throughout Denver that's the highest by a long shot. That's not "pet friendly" that's simply a money grab by punishing people with pets. I can't imagine how else they try to nickel and dime their residents. Don't support this kind of business.

Will raise rent $400 after your lease is up, so don’t plan on staying long! The outside always smells like urine since they never clean the turf.

Can’t park anywhere. Acoma street is illegal parking for whatever reason? I have one parking spot in garage but apparently the garage is full so can’t get a second one for the other tenant. So I’m forced to park illegally if I drive home in the evening hours, then get tickets the next morning because there is no other alternative. This place is great but the politics as to why a street that has no other point of existing other than being a area to park your car at Windsor is ridiculous. On the waiting list for a second spot and praying someday I can pay them an extra $60 a month vs paying hundreds of dollars to the city of denver
