Not a bad place lived there for 3 years, might be haunted don’t know yet lol, near the lake, Colfax is kinda loud but mostly on the weekends and I mean if you live in the back there is not a view so my family would just chill in the stairs if we wanted to see downtown or something and there’s elevators which was useful for us because we lived on the 4th floor, and a safe place to live and you get a parking space in the basement! One downside is that sometimes the hallways smell like weed I mean if you like the smell of that well that’s on you but I enjoyed living there for that time because it was the first place I moved into when I moved to Denver :)
