Cherry Plaza Apartments is quite possibly the best place in Denver, I am so thankful to have the opportunity to live here. Very close to a walk-bridge to get to the Colorado Light rail station. Very clean, & All the staff are very friendly. 5 minutes from Colorado blvd and shopping, for groceries, coffee, best-buy, petco, banks, restaurants, dispensaries, gas stations. They have parking which is so amazing, and it is safe for everyone, kids, elderly and families,. Dion- Resident for over 6 years.

I've been a resident of Cherry Plaza Apartments for approximately 1 year. My experience has been nothing but awesome! The management, maintenance and building service workers/custodians take pride in their jobs and ensure residents are nothing but happy. If I weren't moving away for work, I would have DEFINITELY renewed my lease for another 12 months. The location is amazing, with RTD light rail being in extremely close proximity. This made commuting to downtown and work a breeze as I rarely had to drive my car.

Pros- the apartment was very nice and updated, the staff was also very friendly! The place is in a great location and even though there are a ton of apartments the parking is not that bad. Cons- the pool was supposed to be ready May 31st and not opened until the end of July, the doors were either broken so they wouldn’t lock or you had to constantly jiggle the key to make it unlock the door. I will say before of their deposit policy! Paid $750 just to get $270 back because they claim it took 5 hours to clean when I left my apartment clean.

I left because new management is horrible; Nicole will find everything in the book to fine you for that aren’t defined in the lease, and she was extremely rude to me trying to explain my disability situation to her, as well as dismissing my complaint that a building with an elevator isn’t accessible when getting to or from an elevator floor requires using the stairs. They recently banned deliveries to people’s door because they can’t “monitor” them, yet they also admitted they don’t even have security cameras, which I found out after being assaulted openly in the complex and the police telling me to ask for camera footage. Without cameras, though, they somehow knew exactly who to fine for all kinds of oddly specific things. She promised me that I was financially square upon move-out, just to find $300 more in fees for a clean-up that supposedly happened 2 days before I even moved out. If you love highway noise, car exhaust, and snobby management who doesn’t allow transfers to a less noisy unit in the complex, then this is the place for you!
