I just moved in so I'll update as needed but moving in here has been such a dream! Dora, Carolina and Valinda made it such a personalized experience for me and were super welcoming and helpful. They made me feel right at home as soon as I stepped into the office. I was moving out of state so I did almost everything online which was very easy. Signed all the docs, made all the payments so on day 1 all I had to do was move in! My place has new carpet and just looks amazing. It's my first fire place! And my own washer and dryer 😍 There's tons to do in this area, we've been hitting all of the restaurants and haven't found one we didn't love! Target and Walmart aren't far either which is nice. I feel so lucky to live here. All of the residents I've run into have been friendly and super chill. The pools are nice, the gym has outstanding state of the art equipment, the clubhouse has some super comfy places to hang out. I'm so happy to have found this place!!

I am moving in form out of town and came by to tour Loretto Heights. Dora and Carolina were very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, it is no where near where I need to be for my new job.

I've lived here over 2 years with pretty much 0 trouble with the residence staff. I've had neighbor trouble that was IMMEDIATELY terminated when reported. They do their best to keep the place tidy and care to your needs. If you aren't wanting a house or can't afford it, this is about the only place with affordable prices with above average size and quality.

We've lived here for 3 months now with brand new management and I wanted to point out how great it's been. Parking passes are being enforced for the first time, maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, the new staff is very friendly and helpful (Especially Dora, the new Community Director), and the apartments are just great. There are some obvious wear-and-tear aspects but that comes with almost any apartment that's not brand new. Pool, basketball / soccer court, dog wash, dog park area, and overall curb appeal is making huge improvements. Love it here!
