I bought 2019 Accord last year(2021) for my son. The deal suggest us to purchase Honda's extended warranty. About 10days ago, the car had air condition issue that blowing cool air is not working. I went to a Honda's service center, the warranty company was not approving the fix for a 10 days. My son serving for Marine goes to work without his car for 10 days so far. After calling to Honda's customer service, I learned that the warranty company is nothing to do with Honda. .This dealer suggested us to buy a warrant from a problematic company, not Honda. I feel like that their extended warranty is like what the phone call to scam extended car warranty. After this posting, a manager from Dublin Honda called and head what happened. He resolved the issue from the warranty company. Finally, my son was able to get his car fixed. I appreciated both the responsibility and the responsiveness of Dublin Honda for their customers.

I had been dealing with Pete regarding a certified 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback in the sonic gray pearl, priced at $25,390. I loved the photos online and asked Pete to send me pictures of any imperfections it may have, just so I could be aware before I made the trip, because it is a used car and I would be coming from Sacramento which is almost 2 hours away. He texted back almost immediately and assured me it looked clean and I would be "completely satisfied" with the condition of the car. When I made the drive out there and saw the car, I immediately noticed there had been a collision to the driver's side door and the dent was poorly repaired. The door didn't even line up correctly when it was closed and it looked terrible. Pete claimed to not have even noticed this, despite me having asked for details such as these previously. There was obvious paint damage where this dent had been, all the way down to the metal. There were major scratches multiple inches long on the driver's side skirt and on the side mirrors. There was broken paint on the passenger door as well. Also the AC did not get cold during the entire test drive. I could have dealt with some of these things because I know used cars are not going to be perfect but he did not disclose any of these things to me after I specifically asked about it. He minimized my concerns by calling the huge dent "just a kiss" and the broken paint "just a little scratch" but would not budge on the price whatsoever or fix anything other than the AC. When I pointed out the many things wrong with it and the fact that I had asked about these beforehand but he was not honest, he said "I'm done talking about this" and completely brushed me off. Very unprofessional. I specifically asked him to disclose any imperfections to me days before the appointment, and had I known about them beforehand I might have been able to deal with them, but the dishonesty and additionally, the minimization of these major issues left a bad taste in my mouth. I spoke to his manager Keith after the fact to let him know, I really wanted this car, I was ready to buy it, but I was deeply disappointed. A certified 2019 priced at over $25,000 should not have been as damaged as it was, all things considered. I just don't want someone else to suffer the same fate as me. Terrible experience, terrible salesman, if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy a car from Pete at Dublin Honda.

I just brought my 2018 Honda Civic in to have the fuel release door actuator replaced. From the moment I called and asked questions I got direct answers with a friendly professional Named Nick from the service department. He listened and he explained everything clearly. So I scheduled my appointment. When I brought my car in, I was greeted and immediately helped . The service was easy and I only had to wait a short time. I will definitely bring my car back to Dublin Honda when the next service is needed. Thank you Nick I appreciate it

Bought a new Accord hybrid on Saturday 3/26/22. Quick and easy transaction. Took a solo test drive, quick negotiations and then signing of the papers. I do wish they'd show the prices for the cars on the lot (like other dealers do) instead of having to call or come in.

Cause they don't care about customer service. :)
