Don't move here. Complete joke and scam of a place. For TWO years they said nothing to us about us needing to pay over $3000..they decided to hit us with it when we were moving out. Which the entire reason it is even showing that we owe it is because of their office dropping the ball and not doing the correct paperwork. So we get pinned for camp parks mistakes. Well it's been weeks since we have been out and literally moved across the county and they still have yet to pull this money after countless times of us authorizing that they could and have been checking DAILY to see when/if it has been taken out. Yes all our information is correct. Yes the correct amount owed is available. But nothing has happened and we are now getting threatening emails about it not being paid. No one seems to know how to do their job at this place. It is never them who are at fault, it's always the resident so beware. This housing office has been by far the WORST that we have ever had to do business with. Do yourself a favor and move literally anywhere else. This place is 1000% not worth the money. Not worth the stress.

I absolutely LOVED living here. My husband was deployed for most of our time there, and the staff and neighborhood were so wonderful and helpful for me (and our three children). Lots of family activities planned for the community, and amazing office staff. Maintenance always came and took care of anything within a day of my call, usually day of! Highly recommend!

This the first time me and my family lived on a Military base and I’m impressed. Especially with the maintenance staff..,work orders are completed very timely. The office staff is amazing, they are friendly and very helpful. Any questions asked, they get the answer right away. The events they put on for the community too is great! Thank you so much Camp Parks Staff!!

Charms Couture

Have lived here since 2016 and love the environment. It's safe for kids of all ages. We have watched our kid go from little boy (10) to a teen (14). The schools are closed enough to walk to, as well as shopping. The public bus is across from the base, and the Bart is a quick 15-20 min walk. I've found the maintenance to be quick and efficient, and the office staff more than helpful and very engaging with the residents. It's a small enough base where most neighbors know each other and lend a hand. The big selling factor for us was the fact that the homes are stand-alone. So no sharing a wall with those next door! The extra privacy is a huge positive!
