DO NOT RENT HERE. We moved two months ago. The main attraction for us was the pool. About a few weeks in they sent two passive aggressive notes to all residents saying they would close the pool. Then, at the end of June, they closed the pool for "maintenance" and it has been closed since. Every person we have talked to has a different story and a different opening date. It doesn't seem like a maintenance issue, it seems like an excuse to close the pool. I hate it here.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years. The absolute best part about this community is our wonderful property manager, Nicoya. She is such a bright light around here! Always friendly, kind, and helpful. You can tell that she loves her job and genuinely cares about the tenants. Anytime we pass by her, she always makes an effort to kindly greet us. If we need assistance with anything, she is always willing to help. We have nothing but positive things to say about her and the community that we live in.

My experience living at Cotton Wood Apartments has been wonderful. Nicoya and Dayna in the office have always been helpful and responsive to any needs and or requests. Kirby, Edgar and Will on the maintenance team are always quick to respond to requests and take care of any issues. They seem focused on proactive maintenance and I appreciate that perspective. Everyone has always been friendly and I have never felt like just a number. When I broke my ankle, Nicoya even offered to send someone to pick up the rent check and asked if there was anything they could do to help me.

My experience with Cottonwood has been absolutely phenomenal! I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my decision to reside here. Nicoya the apartment manager is amazing! Since before becoming a resident until now being an actual resident she has made me feel so welcome and has been such a pleasure to communicate with along with the other staff! The property is very well maintained and so perfect and peaceful! Im very impressed! I enjoy taking strolls around and enjoying the scenery. The only flaw is I wish I would’ve moved here sooner lol. The best overall experience I’ve ever had! The level of peace and comfort is unmatched!
