If you look at reviews, there is a clear pattern. Unwilling to help customers in store AND refuse to take back returns against their own return policy. I wonder if there is an incentive issue where managers/associates are paid more for refusing returns (which is clearly illegal). I am sure state attorney office would like to learn more about this. Go to the Livermore location. Avoid this one like plague.

Sometimes you can't find an employee. But when you do most will go out of the way to try to find your product. Also some of their selection is a lot more variety than the orange store for example, bathroom remodel stuff, tiles, flooring, carpets. Also was surprised to see their collection of welcome mats and bath mats. In the day of closing retail stores that is a welcome change from Lowes that we all could enjoy.

If I could give negative star, I would. We purchased 11 box of laminates from fooring department from this location and this was a HUGE mistake.... I will NEVER buy anything from Lowe's ever again... They never want to cancel my order after my request for refund because of their computer issue and it's end up I can not get my order after one month. Their customer service department is a big joke. They promise you the problem is fixed and all is good and the day after, weeks after it's not going any where. I literally spent hours on the phone, talked to countless representatives from Lowe's complain department and "managers".They never have accurate info, they don't know what they are doing at all, most of the time, I ask to get refund and the call dropped... It's a totally disaster.

This is my second time being disappointed by this store. They tell item is in stock will arrive in four days, for two weeks they don't even send any communication on what's happening. One fine day they show the item is on backorder and can't be delivered on the promised date. In this day and age, Lowe's is making sure their business will be run to ground by the competition. Fool me twice...not going back for anything.

You must call store not patrons
Miniwax has a customer support and tech support on the container and on internet which they can order for you.
Safe Covid practices. Everyone wears masks. And maintains 6 ft. distance. Curbside Pickup is non contact and available all day during store hours.

They might, but check out vogmask.com they have a better selection, and they're reusable.
You should go online or call the store directly
Their policy is to ask that you pick up your item in 4 days, but I think you can call and get that extended.
