My father passed 5 months ago, I put a forwarding address for his mail on it then. Every month mail has to be sent to me by one of his neighbors who sees the mail box is full!!!!!!!! WHY????? FORWARD THE MAIL!!!!!!!

Customer Service rep name THAI is extremely rude I came in 5 minutes before my service I did not have the proper work and and before I was going to ask what paper work I needed she started yelling I only had 15 minutes and that I need to reschedule she yelled the word reschedule about 4 times I could barely understand her and she made this experience/trip very horrible for me! Especially as a person with extreme anxiety and not very great at socializing with people.. she’s the type of person one remembers really gives this location a bad representation of the company..
