Honestly great people. Never a bad time for me, aside from when it's locked and I can't get to my box. I feel like the homeless sleeping in the lobby would be better than locking the doors at 5:30pm. Just saying.

Most times, very friendly service. However, if you need to overnight a package, your package gets delivered 2 days later, not overnight like you paid for

If there is no place that they deem safe to leave the package, they won't. I have that issue sometimes, too. Since that's subjective, it may be why there is a difference.
Make sure it's in a leak proof container and that the container doesn't shift inside your shipping box and tell the Post Office that your package is perishable.
